I have dabbled in my form of “harmony and balance” or one-day decorating for several years and have had great success with window covering design as well as furniture arranging. I heard the call of Feng Shui in 1997 and have pursued its principles since. As a philosophy of interior design, Feng Shui emphasizes harmony and balance. As an intuitive system, it goes beyond traditional decorating by showing you how to locate energy blocks and how to create echoes of nature within your environment.
This year – 2011 – I am combining my “flair” for harmony and balance decorating with a certification in home staging and offering a consultation service to help you create beautiful spaces in your environment.
A consultation may include a review and analysis of the following:
Determining proper placement of furniture, artwork, plants, and symbols to enable proper energy flow.
Using the five element theory (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) to create balance.
Using color to calm or enliven the space.
Clearing clutter.
Creating beautiful Feng Shui gardens.
Arranging the office or home office to enhance success.
Staging for real estate sales and for important meetings and presentations.
Consultations are $45.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.A trip charge will apply to the areas outside ofAlbuquerque.
